Experiential Systems Adds New Rocky Mountain Office

Denver, Colo.—Experiential Systems Incorporated (ESI) is opening a new Rocky Mountain office in Colorado beginning November 1 of this year. This new satellite office allows ESI to better serve clients in the Rocky Mountain area as well as others in the western US. ESI has hired John Lazarus, formerly with Northeast Adventure, LLC. to head up the Colorado operations. Lazarus has more than three decades of experience building, inspecting and maintaining challenge courses. Lazarus recently relocated to Colorado from Connecticut.

Lazarus has been providing full challenge course services for over 36 years with an accumulation of an estimated 5,000 field days directly designing, installing, repairing, inspecting and providing consultation to challenge and adventure course programs across the US and abroad. His experience in challenge course element design, research and development in safety equipment and contract service management speak clearly to the superb professional reputation he has acquired. He has been involved with the Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) since its inception and currently serves as the Chair of the ACCT Consensus Group.

Lazarus will lead the Rocky Mountain team as Director of Rocky Mountain Operations. He will oversee all work done in the region and streamline operations by providing a new western hub for ESI.

ESI is a full-service challenge course provider that has been building ropes challenge courses, zip lines and climbing structures; providing staff and operational training’s; annual technical inspections; and industry consultation for over 35 years. ESI trains instructors and facilitators to lead cooperative activities, low initiative elements, high ropes courses (indoor and outdoor), and climbing walls and towers. ESI was formally incorporated in 1995 and is licensed and fully insured for all services offered. ESI is a peer reviewed and Accredited Professional Vendor Member (PVM) of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT). ESI conducts services to meet or exceed the written standards of one or a combination of the following organizations: ACCT, American Society for Testing and Materials – International (ASTM), The Association for Experiential Education (AEE), The American Camp Association (ACA), and the Climbing Wall Association (CWA).
