Landscape Architecture: The Video Game

Landscape architecture and video games?

That's the premise of Ball State University's interdisciplinary course "Games And Play For Designers: Revealing Landscape Architecture."

Christopher Marlow, assistant professor of landscape architecture, said students were asked to build functional, educational, and fun video game prototypes celebrating a unique aspect of the landscape architecture profession.

Among the finished games were one dealing with stormwater management and another on brownfield remediation.
