There's An App For That

It's like an ecosystem in your pocket.

The National Parks Conservation Association has partnered with eNature.com to create an iPhone application that brings the great outdoors right into the palm of your hand.

The app, National Parks Field Guides, is available for iPhone, iPad and iTouch.

It includes detailed descriptions and photos of plants and animals, maps, recorded birdsong, park profiles and more.
