Maintenance, Design, And Construction

It is often said that the team that cleans the facilities has the most intimate knowledge in what is truly needed to design and construct them. Architects wholeheartedly admit that these staff members are the ones they want to talk to before designing or renovating a space for recreation. Janitorial staff members should be considered essential—not just for the work they put in behind the scenes—but for paying attention to all the details that make a building operate smoothly.
