Aquatics

If your department is like any number of them out there right now, you’re experiencing staffing difficulties when it comes to aquatics. We’ve included some tips on how to combat this crisis in our annual aquatics issue, but we’ve also provided some things to smile about. After all—who doesn’t love seeing a packed pool full of kids squealing with delight on a sweltering summer day? Here’s to the wonderful job you do all summer to cool off your community.
